The medicines that our company offers is safe and reliable. All of the medicines that we deal in and you buy will be of the same aunthenticity and quality as those present in your local pharmacies.

Expiration dates are printed on the back side of the tablet blister itself, not on boxing, so you can check the date and know that they have not had packaging exchanged or tampered with. If medication is expired, please do not use it, and contact us as soon as you notice.

1. How will my order be packaged?

For the protection of our customer’s privacy, we deliver products in plain brown envelopes. These plain brown envelopes do not show anything that is inside,and do not reveal anything related to the identity of the customer.

2. How many days does it take to deliver the medicines?

Usually, orders to UK addresses are shipped and received by the customers within 2-4 days. Meanwhile, orders to other countries within the EU are sent and received within 4-7 days. For countries that are outside of the EU, the delivery might take 1-2 weeks depending on the proximity of the country.

It is important for you to note that directonlinesleepingpills.com might not be able to deliver in some countries due to the presence of importation restrictions. If orders are placed from any such country; the customer will be informed either through a phone call or an email.

3. What to do if the expected shipment date has passed and I still haven’t received my package?

While we take every measure expected and reasonable to make sure shipments are carried out the day orders are received, delays may occur due to reasons outside of our control, such as: public holidays, supplier delays, or issues with the postal system. 

Delays can also occur due to customer error, such as incomplete shipping details. We cannot be held liable for incorrect information supplied, (e.g., a wrong street number resulting in shipping to the wrong address), so it is important that customers double check the address they have provided at the time of order.

4. What if my order has been lost or delayed for some time?

Orders are considered to be misplaced or lost if they do not get delivered and/or shipped within 28 days after the order has been placed. Our team does not start an investigation until a reasonable amount of time has passed. 

It is also important that you know that it is the responsibility of the customer to contact our customer support representatives in any such scenario. A refund might not be able to be generated if the customer does not follow a proper procedure that is suggested above.
